It is expected that integrated solution (APC and Microsoft) will be involved in worldwide businesses in the first quarter of 2009.

On YouTube there were some video commercials of Apple ridiculed problems with the operational system Microsoft Vista. One of the spots, called “Bean Counter” sneer at very solid amount of advertising budget of the Microsoft, hinting that only a very small portion of that money will go to fix bugs with Vista. Another movie ridicules the same Vista which targeted choke word.

In Yahoo consider that the sum of 44,6 billion dollars is insufficient, and the company is not measured to consider any other offers on purchase below 40 dollars for the stock. Differently in Yahoo believe that sale of the company will be possible only provided that for it the sum of the order of 57-60 billion dollars will be offered.

Meanwhile some analysts believe that Microsoft can raise the sum of the potential transaction. And shareholders Yahoo can try to achieve merge with Microsoft. The matter is that business at Yahoo recently go not too well and the quarter profit of the company for a year was reduced practically to a quarter. With the purpose of improvement of financial position Yahoo plans to reduce about 1000 employees that makes approximately 7 % from an aggregate number of staff of the company.
