I used to use absolutely different monitoring services to check them out. I set up website monitoring for my domain from different network monitoring providers. Then i switched my server for 2 hours… And what i got? I will not mention here exact monitoring tools but i can say that only network monitoring tool from Dotcom Monitor gave me the maximum exact report. And while others can sent only emails or sms, Dotcom Monitor rang me by phone to notify that my server was down. No comments more…
